Overview

Lithium Battery Equalization Tester is a maintenance equipment for lithium battery modules. It can solve the problem of battery cell unequalization which each single battery connected in series is inconsistency, resulting in shortened battery life, reduced cruising mileage, and even battery failure after power battery.

The main design idea is to use intelligent algorithm to analyze and judge the deep level problems of battery pack by collecting the parameters of single battery. Battery equilizater utilized the series charging  method to carry on the accurately charging of disabled battery ensuring each series of cell battery is fully charged and short the power difference between each single battery in the strings, Which can improve the effective of battery string and recover the battery string capacity to reach the ex-factory level.
